Liderlerin, di\u011ferlerini neden kendileri kadar yard\u0131msever olmad\u0131klar\u0131 konusunda azarlay\u0131p a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamas\u0131ndan nefret ediyorum. Ne yapabiliyorsak, ne zaman yapabiliyorsak \u00f6yle yapal\u0131m. Hepimiz hayatta farkl\u0131 a\u015famalarday\u0131z. Benim s\u00fcpervizyon ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m yerlerde bunu yapmak i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir bir ortam yoktu. Utand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ya da ele\u015ftirilirdik.
