Hepimiz biraz daha iyiyizdir \u00fcmidiyle ba\u015fl\u0131yorum bu yaz\u0131ya. Umar\u0131m bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde yaralar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sarmaya ve daha g\u00fczel g\u00fcnlerin gelece\u011fi umuduyla bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 okuyorsunuzdur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ay biraz daha iyile\u015fme s\u00fcreci ile ilgili yazmak istedim. B\u00fcy\u00fcme ve b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fckten sonraki zaman i\u00e7erisinde asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bir kavramdan bahsedece\u011fim sizlere. Hepimiz e\u011fer haz\u0131rsak konumuza tam h\u0131zla ge\u00e7ebiliriz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rezilyans \u2013 psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131k,<\/em> asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f bir kavramd\u0131r. Birka\u00e7 farkl\u0131 tan\u0131mlan\u0131\u015f \u015fekli olsa da biz bunu \u201cStres ve travma gibi ki\u015fiyi ciddi etkileyen olaylarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabilme, kriz durumlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131lmadan durabilme, zorlu \u015fartlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda fiziksel ve ruhsal olarak uyum sa\u011flayabilme ve esnek olma, ya\u015fan\u0131lan olumsuz veya zor durumlardan bir ders \u00e7\u0131kararak \u00f6z geli\u015fimi devam ettirebilme kapasitesi\u201d olarak ele alaca\u011f\u0131z (Se\u00e7kin &amp; Hasano\u011flu, 2016).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezilyans \u2013 Psikolojik Sa\u011flaml\u0131k kavram\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi anlamak i\u00e7in bilmemiz gereken \u00fc\u00e7 kavram daha var: risk fakt\u00f6rleri, koruyucu fakt\u00f6rler, olumlu sonu\u00e7lar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Risk fakt\u00f6rleri<\/em>, ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen ve geli\u015fimini engelleyen y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 durumlar veya fakt\u00f6rler olarak bahsedilebilir. Risk fakt\u00f6rleri kendi i\u00e7inde bireysel, ailevi, okul ve \u00e7evresel gibi kategorilere ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda <em>koruyucu fakt\u00f6rler<\/em> ise, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olay\u0131n etkisini azaltan ve bireyin geli\u015fimini destekleyen fakt\u00f6rler olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde koruyucu fakt\u00f6rler de risk fakt\u00f6rleri gibi kendi i\u00e7inde kategorilere ayr\u0131l\u0131r: Bireysel, ailevi, okul, \u00e7evresel gibi. <em>Olumlu sonu\u00e7lar <\/em>ise var olan risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn koruyucu fakt\u00f6rlerle engellenmesi durumunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan pozitif sonu\u00e7lara verilen isimdir. Olumlu sonu\u00e7lar risk ve koruyucu fakt\u00f6rlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterebilir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00fc\u00e7 kavram\u0131 daha iyi a\u00e7\u0131klamak ad\u0131na bir \u00f6rnekle devam edece\u011fim: Ailevi risk fakt\u00f6rlerinden biri olan aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddete maruz kalm\u0131\u015f bir bireyin duyarl\u0131 ve destekleyici aile \u00fcyelerine sahip olmas\u0131 onun koruyucu fakt\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu ikisinin sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan olumlu sonu\u00e7 ise bireyin ailesine, arkada\u015flar\u0131na ve \u00e7evresindekilere g\u00fcvenli ba\u011flanabilmesidir. Her insan\u0131n travmaya g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi tutum farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan tek bir \u00f6rnek, do\u011fru vard\u0131r demek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00d6rnekler de\u011fi\u015febilir ve sonu\u00e7lar farkl\u0131la\u015fabilir (I\u015f\u0131k, ve di\u011ferleri, 2021, s. 6 -24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu hakk\u0131nda gerekli \u00f6n bilgiyi \u00f6\u011frendikten sonra akl\u0131n\u0131zda \u015f\u00f6yle bir soru canlanm\u0131\u015f olabilir: Peki kendimizin veya \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, karde\u015flerimizin, akrabalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nas\u0131l psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z? Etraf\u0131ndaki yeti\u015fkinlerden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcven verici i\u015faretler travmay\u0131 daha kolay atlatmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r (\u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve Rehberlik Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 2022d). Bunun yan\u0131nda travmay\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7ocu\u011fun tekrardan travmatize olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermek gerekmektedir. Onu tetikleyecek g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, tarihler, konu\u015fmalar, travmayla ili\u015fki kurabilece\u011fi tetikleyicileri tespit edip onu korumak ve kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmak gerekir (I\u015f\u0131k, ve di\u011ferleri, 2021, s. 66 &#8211; 69).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travma ya\u015fanmadan \u00f6nce rezilyans \u2013 psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ocu\u011fun \u00f6z kimli\u011fini bulmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak \u00f6nemlidir. Ona sorumluluklar vermek, fiziksel aktivitelere kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak kendisini tan\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmas\u0131 konusunda desteklemek aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc beraberinde bir uyumsuzluk ve de\u011fi\u015fim getirecektir. De\u011fi\u015fime k\u00f6t\u00fc bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla bakmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015fken durumlara kar\u015f\u0131 esnek olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00f6nemlidir. Herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fim an\u0131nda daha az kayg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini daha rahat kontrol edebilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur (\u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve Rehberlik Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 2022b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n yukar\u0131da bahsedilenleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmeleri i\u00e7in bu \u015fekilde davranan rol modellere ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Burada da i\u015f yeti\u015fkinlere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00c7ocuklar etraflar\u0131nda bulunan aile bireylerinden veya yeti\u015fkinlerden etkilenmeye, onlar gibi davranmaya meyillidirler. Bu y\u00fczden \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n psikolojik olarak sa\u011flam olabilmeleri i\u00e7in yeti\u015fkinlerin sa\u011flam olmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. <em>Yeti\u015fkinlerin rezilyans \u2013 psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda<\/em> kriz durumlar\u0131nda veya stres yaratan olaylarda farkl\u0131 perspektiflerden bakarak, iyimser ve umutlu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 koruyabilmek \u00e7ocu\u011funda kendini daha g\u00fcvende hissetmesini sa\u011flar. Bunun yan\u0131nda k\u00f6t\u00fcmser bakmamas\u0131na ve gelecekten umudunu kesmemesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur (\u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve Rehberlik Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 2022c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esnek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek de\u011fi\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fimiz en iyi davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fken ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131na kendinizi adapte etmek, ya\u015fan\u0131lan olaydan olabildi\u011fince en az hasarla atlatman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flar. Buna ek olarak ya\u015fanan olay sonras\u0131 rutinleri bozmamak da bir o kadar \u00f6nemlidir. Uyku hijyenine \u00f6nem vermek, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye devam etmek, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z aktiviteler ve etkinlikleri b\u0131rakmamak mental olarak s\u00fcreci daha iyi ge\u00e7irmenize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Etraf\u0131n\u0131zdakilerle ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z duygular\u0131 kendinizi haz\u0131r hissetti\u011finiz zaman konu\u015fmak, aile i\u00e7inde hem fiziksel hem de duygusal deste\u011fe \u00f6nem vermek ve gerekti\u011finde uzmanlardan psikolojik yard\u0131m almakta bir o kadar \u00f6nemlidir (\u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve Rehberlik Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 2022a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezilyans \u2013 psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131k kavram\u0131 etraf\u0131m\u0131zda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tehdit eden olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sahip olmam\u0131z gereken \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zelliktir. Bunu dikkate al\u0131p \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak hem kendimizi tan\u0131ma a\u015famas\u0131nda hem de sevdiklerimizi ve kendimizi koruma a\u015famas\u0131nda bize \u00e7ok destek sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
