Ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z boyunca deneyimledi\u011fimiz an\u0131lardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 hi\u00e7 hat\u0131rlamak istemedi\u011fimiz, korktu\u011fumuz, ka\u00e7\u0131p uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ya da travmatik olaylar\u0131n sonras\u0131nda olu\u015fan an\u0131lar olabiliyor ve bu durum kayg\u0131 olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Kayg\u0131dan uzakla\u015fmak ad\u0131na, bu olumsuz an\u0131lar\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015feyden ka\u00e7may\u0131 se\u00e7iyoruz. Maruz b\u0131rakma y\u00f6ntemi ise, kayg\u0131ya sebep olan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc olumsuz an\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feye kar\u015f\u0131 ka\u00e7mak yerine bizi yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. \u0130tiraf etmeliyiz ki hepimiz deneyimledi\u011fimiz olumsuz olaydan sonra o olay\u0131n tekrar ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 izlenimi vermemesi i\u00e7in deneyimimizi hat\u0131rlatan en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck detaydan bile ka\u00e7\u0131p uzakla\u015ft\u0131k. Peki ama nereye kadar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deprem gibi a\u011f\u0131r olumsuz etkiler b\u0131rakan do\u011fal afetleri ya\u015fayan insanlar, karanl\u0131ktan ve kapal\u0131 ortamlardan uzak kalmaktan \u015fikayet\u00e7i olabilirler. B\u00f6yle durumlarda terapiste, dan\u0131\u015fan bireylere maruz b\u0131rakma y\u00f6netimi uygulan\u0131r. Hat\u0131rlamak istemedi\u011fi an\u0131lar\u0131n her detay\u0131 seans boyunca konu\u015fulur, zaman ile ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u015feye maruz b\u0131rakmak ad\u0131na g\u00f6revler verilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00f6r\u00fcmcekten korkan birine, \u00f6r\u00fcmcek foto\u011fraf\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u015fe yarayabilir ya da karanl\u0131ktan ve kapal\u0131 ortamlardan ka\u00e7an birine zaman zaman karanl\u0131k ve kapal\u0131 ortamlarda bulunmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir. Maruz b\u0131rakma y\u00f6ntemi korkunuzla a\u015fama a\u015fama y\u00fczle\u015fmenizi i\u00e7erir. U\u00e7ak korkunuz oldu\u011funu \u00f6nce hayal edin, daha sonra u\u00e7ak m\u00fczelerini ziyaret edebilir, ziyaretiniz sonunda da havaalan\u0131na gidebilirsiniz. Bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; fobiler, genel kayg\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131, panik ataklar, obsesif kompulsif bozukluk, sosyal kayg\u0131 ve travma sonras\u0131 stres bozuklu\u011fu maruz b\u0131rakma y\u00f6ntemi ile tedavi edilebilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu tedavi bi\u00e7iminin \u00e7e\u015fitli ruhsal rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki faydalar\u0131 bir\u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re uzat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f maruz b\u0131rakma terapinin askerlik veya sava\u015f gibi durumlar\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 travma sonras\u0131 stres bozuklu\u011funun tedavisinde \u00e7ok iyi sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/li><li>Obsesif Kompulsif Bozuklu\u011fu Kurulu\u015funa g\u00f6re, bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan her 10 ki\u015fiden 7\u2019si maruz b\u0131rakma tedavisiyle belirtilerinde %60-80 aras\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/li><li>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan bir ba\u015fka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re ise, maruz b\u0131rakma tedavisi alan ki\u015filerin tedavi sonras\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri incelendi\u011finde 4 y\u0131l sonunda dan\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %90\u2019\u0131nda belirtilerin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, %65\u2019i art\u0131k bir fobiye sahip de\u011fillerdir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elbette maruz b\u0131rakma y\u00f6netimini uygulayan ki\u015finin- terapistin- mesleki yeterlili\u011fi ve yetkinli\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, tecr\u00fcbesi ile de ili\u015fkilidir.
