Bahaneler \u00fcretip kusurlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 en \u00e7ok ele\u015ftiren biz olduk ve sevmedik kendimizi. Evet sevmedik. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n merkezinde biz d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herkes vard\u0131. Herkese kap\u0131m\u0131z daima a\u00e7\u0131k fakat kendimiz i\u00e7in bir kap\u0131m\u0131z bile yok. Sevmektense ne kadar \u00e7ok sevildi\u011fimiz&nbsp; ile ilgilendik. \u00d6z olan\u0131n pe\u015finden hi\u00e7 mi hi\u00e7 ko\u015famad\u0131k, ko\u015fmad\u0131k. Bo\u015f veremedik hi\u00e7 elalemi. Elalem hep ba\u015f tac\u0131m\u0131z oldu. Elimizdeki aynay\u0131 hep k\u0131rd\u0131k, aynay\u0131 yerden al\u0131p bir kere olsun kim oldu\u011fumuzu sorgulamad\u0131k. Sevgiyi aray\u0131p durduk, uzun yollarda y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fck ama hi\u00e7 yol almad\u0131k. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdakilerden bekledik sevgiyi. Ne kadar \u00e7ok bekledik sevilmeyi. Sevildi\u011fimiz de de hep yetinemedik yine d\u00f6vd\u00fck dizimizi, bay\u0131l\u0131r\u0131z diz d\u00f6vmeye.. Sonsuz \u015fefkattimiz&nbsp; var herkese tek bir ki\u015fiye hari\u00e7; kendimize. Onu, bunu, \u015funu de\u011fil kendimizi ne kadar seviyoruz? \u015eefkatimiz herkese bol bol varken kendimiz i\u00e7in neden hep t\u00fckenip duruyor? Ke\u015ffedelim ama \u00f6nce \u00f6z \u015fefkatimizi diyor ve ba\u015fl\u0131yorum. \u00d6z \u015fefkat, kendimiz ile dost olma becerisidir. Bir dost gibi k\u00f6t\u00fc de iyi de olsa kendimizi kabul edip kendimizin destek\u00e7isi olmak. Kula\u011fa ne ho\u015f geliyor de\u011fil mi? Kendi kendimize destek olmak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jack Kornfield, \u201c\u015eefkatiniz \u00f6z-\u015fefkati i\u00e7ermiyorsa eksiktir.\u201d&nbsp; diyor!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7imizde bir yerlerde hala sevilmeyi bekleyen bir \u00e7ocuk var. Hala onay almak, alk\u0131\u015flanmak ve hayran hayran bak\u0131\u015flarla kocaman bir aferin sesini duymak istiyor. Kabul edelim ki hep susturuyoruz o \u00e7ocu\u011fu; otur bakal\u0131m k\u00f6\u015fede, bekle s\u0131ran\u0131. O s\u0131ra bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc gelmiyor, \u00e7ocuk s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131, \u00e7ocuk yoruldu. Herkes i\u00e7in sevgi in\u015fa eden ama kendine bir tu\u011fla sevgi bile ta\u015f\u0131yamayan \u00e7ocuk. \u0130\u015fte o \u00e7ocuk kendimiziz. \u0130\u015fte \u00f6z \u015fefkat burada elinden tutup kald\u0131r\u0131yor o \u00e7ocu\u011fu, sevgi var senin \u00f6z\u00fcnde ve ben seni seviyorum diyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ele\u015ftirilerinden ka\u00e7arken \u00f6z ele\u015ftirilerimize tak\u0131l\u0131p d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyoruz!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele\u015ftiriler bizi yetersiz hissettirebilir, hakl\u0131 olabilirler mi diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrebilir, uyku ve yemek yeme sorunlar\u0131na sebep olabilir. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 o kadar \u00e7ok ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kacak bir s\u00f6ze g\u00f6re in\u015fa ediyoruz ki yanl\u0131\u015f bir s\u00f6z i\u015fitti\u011fimizde y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p kal\u0131yoruz. Dahas\u0131 kendimizi su\u00e7luyoruz. Peki ger\u00e7ekten de ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ele\u015ftirilerinden mi korkuyoruz yoksa \u00f6z ele\u015ftirilerimizden mi? Ayn\u0131 durumda kendimiz oldu\u011funda da herkesten \u00e7ok de\u011ferli oldu\u011fumuzu, kendimizi sevdi\u011fimizi s\u00f6yleyip her ne olursa olsun burada oldu\u011fumuzu hissettirir miyiz? Kendimize kar\u015f\u0131 hep ac\u0131mas\u0131z\u0131z.
