Ya da can\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7ok s\u0131kk\u0131nken boyalara ko\u015ftu\u011funuz, resim yap\u0131nca bir anl\u0131\u011f\u0131na d\u00fcnyay\u0131 unuttu\u011funuz, \u00f6fkenizi kilden heykeller yaparak d\u0131\u015fa vurdu\u011funuz zamanlar? Tam da k\u0131zg\u0131n oldu\u011funuz anda duydu\u011funuz sert bir m\u00fczi\u011fin sizi ifade etti\u011fini hissettiniz mi?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hepimizin hayat\u0131nda mutlaka ini\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar olmu\u015ftur ve mutlaka kendimize bizi rahatlatacak, i\u00e7imizdekileri bo\u015faltma imkan\u0131 verecek yollar bulmu\u015fuzdur. \u0130\u015fte kelimeleri akl\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7irmemize gerek kalmayacak, hislerimizi konu\u015fmadan da ifade etmemizi sa\u011flayacak yollardan biri: Sanat Terapisi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asl\u0131nda \u201csanat\u201d diyince akl\u0131m\u0131za hemen \u00fcnl\u00fc resimler ve ressamlar, muntazam bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f heykeller veya ger\u00e7ek\u00e7ili\u011finden dolay\u0131 hayret etti\u011fimiz kara kalem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 geliyor ve bunlar ilk anda g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc korkutuyor olabilir. Ne var ki, sanat terapisinde \u201csanat\u201d sadece duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa vurmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir ara\u00e7. Ve san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aksine amac\u0131m\u0131z korkular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerimizi, kayg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yok etmekten ziyade onlar\u0131 yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst bir \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartmakt\u0131r (Kar &amp; Toros, 2015). \u00dcstelik bu terapi \u015fekli her ya\u015ftan insana; \u00e7ocuklara, ailelere, geni\u015f kitlelere uygulanabilecek bir terapi \u015feklidir (G\u00f6ktepe, 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peki sanatla terapide bir seans nas\u0131l yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seans \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famadan olu\u015fur. \u0130lk a\u015famada kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara nefes egzersizi, meditasyon gibi i\u00e7e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sa\u011flayacak egzersizler yapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu a\u015famada kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131dan kendinin ve fikirlerinin fark\u0131na varmas\u0131 beklenir. \u0130kinci a\u015famada y\u00f6nergeler e\u015fli\u011finde sanatsal aktivite ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Son a\u015famada ise ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan sanat eseri, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lardan \u00e7ember olu\u015fturularak s\u00f6zel bir ifadeyle somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.Sanat terapisini sanattan ay\u0131ran fark da bu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famad\u0131r (G\u00f6ktepe, 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resim, dans, m\u00fczik, maske yap\u0131m\u0131, heykeller, foto\u011fraf ve hikaye gibi akl\u0131n\u0131za gelebilecek bir\u00e7ok sanat dal\u0131; terapide kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin maske yap\u0131m\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar isteklerine g\u00f6re bir maske yapabilir ve bu maskeyle bir senaryo yaz\u0131p onu canland\u0131rabilir, maskenin rol\u00fcne b\u00fcr\u00fcnebilir veya onu konu\u015fturabilirler (G\u00f6ktepe, 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatta terapide sanat\u0131n tek bir dal\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak yerine birka\u00e7 sanat dal\u0131 bir arada kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 bir heykele d\u00f6ken insan daha sonra bu heykelle ve m\u00fczikle bir koreografi olu\u015fturup sanat\u0131n birka\u00e7 dal\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 anda kullanabilir (G\u00f6ktepe, 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leeder ve Wimmer\u2019in \u201cGururun Sesi: Hapsedilmi\u015f Kad\u0131nlarla Drama Terapisi\u201d(2006) ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131nda psikodramayla terapi \u015fekline bana g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a \u00e7ekici bir \u00f6rnek verilmi\u015f. Sheng-Tsung (Dominique) Chiu\u2019nun (2010) makalesinde bahsetti\u011fi bu yaz\u0131da; California\u2019da alkol ve uyu\u015fturucu tedavisi g\u00f6ren, bir\u00e7o\u011funa \u00e7e\u015fitli psikolojik rahats\u0131zl\u0131k tan\u0131s\u0131 konmu\u015f, daha \u00f6nce cinsel istismar, aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddet g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f kad\u0131nlara uygulanan psikodramayla sanat terapisi anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Deneyimlerini payla\u015fmaktan \u00e7ekinen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n duvarlar\u0131, bir \u00e7ember olu\u015fturularak \u201cbenimle ad\u0131m at\u201d gibi al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalarla y\u0131k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bu al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmada ba\u015fta \u00e7ember olu\u015fturularak kad\u0131nlara basit ifadelerle \u201cOrtaokul mezunuysan\u0131z ad\u0131m at\u0131n.\u201d gibi y\u00f6nergeler verilmi\u015f. Daha sonra bu y\u00f6nergeler gittik\u00e7e ki\u015fiselle\u015fmi\u015f, \u00f6rne\u011fin \u201cCinsel tacize u\u011frad\u0131ysan\u0131z bir ad\u0131m \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n.\u201d gibi. B\u00f6ylece kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yaln\u0131z olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek onlar\u0131 rahatlatm\u0131\u015f (Chiu, 2010).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bir ba\u015fka egzersizde kad\u0131nlar \u201chayali bir telefon g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi\u201d ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015fler ve daha \u00f6nce s\u00f6yleyemedikleri her \u015feyi tacizcilerine s\u00f6yleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulmu\u015flar. Bu egzersizler sayesinde kad\u0131nlar, y\u0131llar \u00f6nce kaybettikleri birtak\u0131m ki\u015fisel g\u00fc\u00e7leri geri kazanabilmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flar (Chiu,2010).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bana kal\u0131rsa bu ve bunun gibi \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilecek bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rnekten de g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz gibi, sanat terapisinin olumlu etkisini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. En ba\u015fta da bahsetti\u011fim gibi bazen kilden ufac\u0131k bir heykel, bazen sadece bir \u015fark\u0131, bazen dans ederken bedenimizin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekil bizi s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerden \u00e7ok daha iyi ifade edebilir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Belki de E.G.
